We are looking for experienced construction staff with at least 2-5+ years of construction site experience. We offer year round employment! 

1. Need experienced staff for framing, carpentry and finishing work and miscellaneous construction work on a variety of projects in the central Wisconsin area.
2. Dependable
3. Works well in a team as well as independently and without direct supervision 
4. Monday – Friday Schedule
5. Safe/ enjoyable work environment
6. Pay is based on experience, and we do not have a capped hourly rate
7. Paid bi-weekly 
8. W2 employee
9. All pay through Direct deposit

1. Must be reliable, on-time, and ready to work each day in a steady-paced environment
2. Ability to self-direct and work independently and/or as part of a small team also helpful
3. Enough leadership to properly utilize apprentices/ helpers when assigned
4. Must be willing to teach others when necessary
5. Enjoy variety
6. Pleasant and cooperative with coworkers, customers and subcontractors
7. Know how to read a tape measure and blue prints (or be willing to learn)
8. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
9. Attention to detail, able to read instructions and follow directions
10. Rough and finish carpentry skills, helpful
